No, definitely No! We serve per date over 3.650 websites on daily basis from which around 570 are sites developed by our company


We serve many sites for Mambo as well but restrict our support till version 4.5.6. Joomla is simply a better product so we do advise you to upgrade to Joomla!


This is in principle not difficult at all and depends mostly on the Extensions being used whether they can be reused with Joomla or that replacements are needed. Replacements and upgrades of Extensions are not part of our JDesk Migration Pckage but can be performed after analysis and subsequenly agreeemnet on fees for our efforts.

No we do not provide a "money back guarantee for our packages.With our Emergency Assists we will provide all our knowledge to resolve the issues relentless spend time or effort. When we cannot resolve the issue (unless caused by 3rd parties such as hosting/networking/3rd party extensions/site destruction becasue of virus/jacks or acts of God etc etc) within a reasonable amount of time we will provide you a coupon for future use of EA for no additional chages. This is a no cure no pay guarantee effectively!


Our merchant 2Checkout provides the faciity to pay with either your Credit Card or through their Paypal merchant link. This means that you can pay us from your Paypal account as well!

We need full site (super admin) and Control Panel access to be able to provide the services required. A control panel can be Pleask or Cpanel or equivalent. Please review our Privacy Statement here for your peace of mind!


No definitely NO! we provide the Upgrade(s) in packages or as packge for your convenience and Joomla is envolving so fast that many upgrads can be expected over a period of a package term (usually a year). We do NOT limit the no. # of those upgrades. We wait though always a couple of weeks before we do the mass upgrade so we can be sure that the new releases do not contain bugs or that they are being removed/repaired/patched.


Your Packge is valid for one year or until EA/Tickets have been used. In other words if you still have for instance 3 tickets left they will only expire after one year if not used.
